1. Fitting accuracy

This is also related to the paper itself, but the primary problem is still the mechanical structure. If the box folder gluer machine is new or repaired, the fitting accuracy will be abnormal for a period of time.

The main problem is the following

a.The positioning chain of box folder gluer machine is worn(elongated).

b.The locating detent of box folder gluer machine is worn(refers to the base passing through the chain).

c.The automatic sprocket of locating detent is worn.

2.Degumming and flower dipping

When there is more glue, fly the glue and then dip the flower. When there is less glue, it would degumm. This is divided into two aspects: the nature and concentration of glue, the wear of glue wheel and rubber scraper wheel, or cleaning the balance gap between water wheel and rubber wheel, and then the wear of bearing or shaft head.

3.Feeder paper output

In this situation, double or multiple papers are output. This problem is mostly caused by insufficient blowing pressure and flow due to the wear of the vacuum gang.

4. Corrugated paper output

In this scene, the paper output tape is thin, the friction is reduced, the high pressure blower is not strong enough, and so on.

5. Production speed

The general speed of box folder gluer machine is 2500-4500 sheets/hour.
