AS series box folding gluing machine is a pneumatic press type device for edge prefolding, adopts synchronous belt transmission and electronic continuously variable speeder, domestic standard electronic components, feeding section adopt mechanic continuously variable, stable and easy to control and operate. it is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons, process and glue for all kinds of pre-fold boxes, pre-folding can be applied to auto packaging, the fold 2 and fold 4 of the processed box can reach 180° and 135° , the fold 1 and fold 3 of the processed box can reach 180° . Perfectly combning the requirements of automatic packaging.

Feeding Section

1.6pcs Adjustable feeding belts to ensure easy adjustment, stable and smoothly feeding.

2.Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure feeding internal and stable transmission.

3.One-touch Pneumatic knife, easy for the adjustment of feeding belts.

Aligner Section

1.The paper board sent from feeder section will be corrected by aligner section to ensure transmission accurately.

2.Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.

Pre-fold

1.Double-board structure with a set of pre-folding knife. Pre-fold angle is 135°and 180°, especially suitable for small but high cartons, more satisfactory while rapid prototyping.

Full pressing

1.Auto: set distance between boxes, pressing belt speed is the same as the machine, belt removes while sensor detect it.

2.Full press section continuous and automatic box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the press section guaranteeing a well aligned flow.

Transmission

1.Equipped with special additional sponge belt for the press of boxes valley part.

2.Upper section moves back and forward, allowing for different box length.

3.Pneumatic pressure regulator ,which can effectively ensure the uniform of fitting pressure, makes machine easy to adjust.
