Maintenance

1. The operation interface of the high speed automatic folder gluer must be kept clean and cleaned frequently.

2. The high speed automatic folder gluer’s belt should be cleaned with clean water to prevent slipping, especially sticking on the belt.The glue wheel and glue box on the bottom of the hook must be cleaned after get off work every day, otherwise the glue in the glue box will freeze and affect the glueing effect.

3. The glue box of the glue department should be kept clean and frequently scrubbed.

4. Speed regulation is strictly prohibited when the governor stops, otherwise the belt will be seriously worn.

5. The inner row plate supports, shafts, and rods should be cleaned frequently. It is better to use a mixture of lubricating oil and butter. It can shake left and right to prevent rust.

6. It’s better to drive slowly before starting the machine to check whether the high speed automatic folder gluer is abnormal. 

Safe operation regulations

1. Operational readiness

   (1)Receive the construction order and implement the semi-finished products. (2)Stack the semi-finished products correctly and neatly. (3)Run the machine slowly to see if the belt and other parts are working normally. (4)Adjust the amount of glue according to the width of the paper.

2. Operation process

   (1)According to the requirements of the product, do a good job of plate loading. (2)If there is a problem with the indentation line, stop the machine and contact the relevant department. (3)Slow rotation to see if the running material is normal, until normal before acceleration. (4)In case of bottom locked box, the bottom locked hook must be installed correctly. (5)Adjust the box molding pressure according to the product structure.
