(1) Carefully read the work order, determine the process requirements, and compare the work packaging according to the process requirements.  Polished products are produced with polished glue or white latex water. Smooth glue, dumb glue products generally use yellow glue, and UV products must be polished first and then glued with UV glue.

(2) When comparing the boards, compare the boards according to the size of the box. According to the adhesive position of the box, determine the size and position of the glue.

(3) After the completion of the comparison board, first produce 10-20 pieces to know whether there are sticking flowers, easy glue, internal glue, false glue, supporting flowers, high and low thread, cover thread, bell mouth and other common problems.

(4) Check the sample and sign the first part. After confirming the correctness, it can be producted.
