Ultrasonic Bonding Mechanism Of Bonding Machine
The ultrasonic bonding energy of the bonding machine comes from the mechanical vibration energy of the electric energy conversion bonding machine.
The transducer converts the Electric Energy Into High Frequency Mechanical Vibration of 20kHz, up to about 100 meters. Under the vibrator of the bonding machine, a steel roller is installed. According to the design pattern of the bonding point, many steel pins are implanted. The diameter of the pin is about 2mm, and the exposed roller is about 2mm. In ultrasonic bonding, the Bonded Mesh or laminated material is fed into the gap between the vibrator and the roller, and the Mesh or laminated material will be subjected to certain pressure in the local area where the pins are inserted, in this region, the fiber material in the web is excited by the ultrasonic wave, and the friction between the inner microstructure of the fiber produces heat, which leads to the melting of the fiber. Under the action of pressure, ultrasonic bonding will occur in the same process as hot-rolling bonding, such as melting, flowing, diffusion and cooling.
