Analysis of skew of carton gluing machine

After the paperboard comes out of the paper conveying mechanism, due to the inconsistent friction between the two groups of transmission belts leaning against the body and facing outward and the paperboard, the paperboard is skewed during transmission between the belts. The reasons for this phenomenon are as follows.

1.Due to the different tension of the two groups of belts close to the body and facing outward of the carton gluing machine, the stress on both ends of the paperboard is uneven,causing skew tension.

Solution: adjust the carton gluing machine’s eccentric height with hexagon socket, so as to change the tension of the corresponding belt.

2.The carton gluing machine’s locking mechanism of the upper and lower belts is not pressed down or not pressed in place (such conditions often occur for novices), resulting in excessive upper and lower spacing of a group of belts.

Solution: standardize the operation and carefully check whether the carton gluing machine’s locking mechanism is in place.

3.The transmission belt slips or falls off due to aging and other reasons.

Solution: carefully check the locking mechanism of the belt, appropriately reduce the speed of the carton gluing machine, and replace the aged belt in time.
