How to deal with the line burst in the box gluing process of automatic folder gluer machine.

Line burst refers to the phenomenon that when the product is in die cutting or finished product folding, the pressure of the carton exceeds the bearing limit of the paperboard fiber, resulting in the fracture of the indentation position. How to deal with the two problems?

First, we should analyze failure. After inspecting the automatic folder gluer machine carefully, it was found that there was oil stain at the indentation line of the carton with line burst fault, while no abnormality was found from the paper feeding part to the material receiving part of the automatic folder gluer machine, and the indentation line of the carton after die cutting was clearly visible. This shows that the die-cutting pressure of the automatic folder gluer machine is appropriate and the die-cutting quality of the automatic folder gluer machine is qualified. After testing, the temperature and humidity in the workshop also met the production requirements, and the die-cut bottom plate did not deform.

Second, we should repair failure. This line burst fault is not a traditional fault, but caused by other ring which has nothing to do with the operation of pre folding and automatic folder gluer machine. It’s caused by the festival.
