How to control the box-gluing process of the box folder gluer machine?

The box folder gluer machine can be controlled from the following aspects.

(1)Take different measures for different processes. For example, for products that have been coated, the penetration of the adhesive can be ensured by using coated adhesive, grinding the sticky mouth, or moulding dots at the sticky mouth, so as to improve the penetration of the adhesive.

(2)Control the coating amount of the adhesive. The thickness of the coating is usually controlled to 0.3mm, which can meet the requirements after being squeezed and spread by the belt.

(3)To reduce box folder gluer machine’s the gluing pressure, it is required that after passing through the box folder gluer mahcine belt area, no obvious indentation shall be formed on the surface of he carton or the dark reinforcement of the carton shall be crushed, and the darkreforcement shall not spring away once it is released.

(4)Control the drying time of the adhisive. For fast-drying adhesives, there is no such problem; for slow-drying adhesives, sufficient drying time should be reserved after inspection and packing, and it must be given a certain amount of pressure inside the carton gluing mahcine.
