In recent years, the demand for milk boxes, food boxes, beverage boxes and electrical boxes has increased day by day. These packing boxes are characterized by large demand and adhesive combination, and general production enterprises use advanced assembly line canning operation, so they have strict requirements on the geometric dimensions of carton bonding and molding. If the difference between high and low lines and scissors of cartons exceeds ± 2mm, the production will not meet the standard.

In recent years, there have been misunderstandings in the research and development of domestic automatic box gluing machines. Many box gluing machine can not meet the technical requirements, and the general cutter difference is more than ± 3mm. These phenomena have caused the majority of paper factories to lose confidence in the full-automatic box gluing machine and still adopt backward traditional manual gluing, which requires a lot of labor and increases the labor cost. Because manual gluing mainly depends on manual action, the common operation mode requires two operators, one is responsible for daily gluing and the other is responsible for molding. The maximum number of boxes produced in 12 hours is 6000-7000, with an average of 3000-3500 per person. Skilled workers are also required. There are two forms of semi-automatic box gluing machine, including manual pressing and automatic pressing. The main difference between the two machines is the fixed forming mode after folding forming. Manual pressing generally requires about 14 people, working for 12 hours, and the output of one person is about 4000, with a total output of about 50000. Automatic pressing requires 3 ~ 4 people, and the output is about 15000 in 12 hours. These phenomena have become the bottleneck of the development of gluing box technology for many years, which has increased the labor cost and burden of packaging enterprises.
