3. PLC program is used to automatically correct the formed paperboard for the second time,so that the bonded carton can reach the ideal squareness.The height line shall not be greater than ±0.5mm.The maximum running speed is 200m/min(the average working speed is 180 pieces/min—240 pieces/min).The whole carton folding and gluing machine has reasonable structure and simple operation.

In terms of molding accuracy, due to manual or semi-automatic folding, everyone has different understanding of cartons.The high and low lines and large and small seams are uneven, which is difficult to control.In terms of full automation,because the box is folded automatically and adjusted uniformly, the shear difference is always maintained within a certain range to ensure the quality stability after molding, the qualified rate exceeds 98.5%,and there is no scrap rate.After being put into the market,it has been proved that the carton folding and gluing machine can fully meet the needs of high-quality gluing box,meet the canning needs of the production line,greatly improve the productivity and reduce the labor cost.

A carton enterprise mainly produces milk cartons and has continuously purchased three full-automatic carton folding and gluing machines.
