Adjust the three-dimensional orientation of the main and auxiliary feed knives of the carton gluing machine. The left and right positions of the main and auxiliary paper feed knives of the carton gluing machine are respectively located in the middle position of the front end of the cardboard that is not easily deformed. The front and rear positions of the main and auxiliary paper feed knives of the carton gluing machine are respectively aligned with the front end of the cardboard. The adjustment standard of the up and down position of the main feeding knife of the carton gluing machine is that the gap between the knife edge of the main feeding knife and the paper feeding belt is 13 times of the thickness of the paperboard, and the up and down position of the auxiliary feeding knife of the carton gluing machine does not need to be adjusted. 

Regulate the left and right positions of the paper feed belt based on the left and right positions of the main and auxiliary paper feed knives to align the center lines of the two.

Conditioning method of paper tape:

(1)Loosen the fastening screw and the tension nut.

(2) Use solid wrench to adjust worm head. Tightening regulation criteria for the paper tape: Press the paper tape vertically with a force of 25N to dent it by 5mm. 

Adjust the position of the left and right cardboard on the basis of the cardboard so that the gap between the cardboard on both sides and the size of the cardboard is 0.5mm for large format cardboard and 1mm for small format cardboard.
