Safety operation rules for gluer machine

1.The working place of the gluer machine shall be clean, dust-free, ventilated and away from the fire source. After the gluer machine is used, the paper scraps and dust on the gluer machine shall be cleaned.

2. Before starting the gluer machine, add lubricating oil to each transmission chain and sliding surface, and check whether each link component is in good condition before starting the operation.

3. After startup, the buzzer rings and check whether the indicator light is on.

4. Use the inching button for routine debugging of the gluer machine, and the setting parameters must be standardized.

5. Press the start button to start the gluer machine. When emergency shutdown is required, press the shutdown button.

6. When the gluer machine operates normally, it works fully automatically and can turn on the vibration motor to ensure the improvement of paper feeding quality.

7. The gluer machine is equipped with automatic identification and governor, which will shut down automatically in case of error.
