Now online shopping is very common, the demand for paper packaging boxes is more and more, and the requirements for carton packaging quality are higher and higher. The corrugated board commonly used in the market has pressed folding lines, and the folder gluer is used to fold the carton along the folding lines on the board. When the upper box and the lower box need to be buckled together for matching packaging, the lower box paperboard has two more folds than the upper box paperboard, which can improve the firmness of the lower box, shock absorption and avoid the damage of goods during transportation.

However, the ordinary folder gluer can only fold a carton of one specification, and the paperboard with additional folding can only be folded out by another different folder gluer. In order to solve this problem, people have designed an automatic folder gluer device for multi specification cartons. The automatic adjustable cardboard tank includes two cardboard storage tanks: upper and lower boxes.

The upper and lower boxes of the equipment are two different cartons, and the lower box has two more folds than the upper box. The upper and lower cardboard storage tanks can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the upper and lower cardboard boxes, and can adapt to the upper and lower cardboard boxes of various specifications.

The automatic adjustable cardboard slot is installed on the upper part of the frame, and the cardboard slot can move back and forth on the frame to automatically switch the cardboard slot. When the cardboard slot moves to the folding station, the suction cup device absorbs the cardboard and pulls the cardboard to the first folding station. The automatic folder gluer device automatically adjusts according to the pulled cardboard specifications to complete the first folding. The shape specifications of the upper and lower cartons after the first folding are the same, so that multiple specifications of cartons share a folder gluer to complete the folding.
