At present, some packaging manufacturers generally use the  folder gluer to paste cartons. The following is the basic folder gluer operation guide.

In the production process

 1. Check the work order and sample carefully, confirm the glue used and prepare it.

 2. Adjust the width of the box baffle. The two sides should be parallel, and just put down the semi finished color box to be produced. The sides of the baffle will be less than 1mm from the color box, then adjust the bolt to make sure that every paste product can pass smoothly without any fetters.

How to choose the folder gluer

  1. Adjust the slope and height of the bracket in the box to be glued area so that the product to be glued can move forward smoothly without fetters, and adjust the auxiliary guide rail and flow wheel after pressing the button. Make the size suitable for the specification of the color box to be pasted.

  2. Adjust the paste box belt and paste box guide rail, and then adjust the paste box host and wheel closing pressure, and cross fit with the belt.

  3. Adjust the glue tank and check whether the glue in the glue tank is sufficient. The amount of glue should be immersed in 80% of the rubber wheel, and then adjust the glue tank and the glue position.

  4. Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration switch key. After the folder gluer is adjusted, press the “Run” or “Inch” key, press the “Paper” key to debug the  folder gluer, and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. Skew phenomena should be corrected immediately.

  5. After debugging ok, test 5-10 sheets of the folder gluer first, and adjust the speed of the folder gluer after confirming the position and molding specifications.

  6. When gluing the box, pay attention to the paper feeding state of the box, and not over-line, offline or dislocation, so as not to affect the appearance and molding effect of the color box.

  7. First piece confirmation: strictly follow the first piece signing method.

  8. After production, clean the machine and keep it clean.
