Folding process and adjustment carton folder gluer machine

The paper feeding part plays an important role in the carton folder gluer machine, and its adjustment also has a certain impact on the box pasting.

The adjustment needs to be carried out according to steps

1. Determine the position of the paperboard in the paper feeding department. Place the life of the paperboard (i.e. the first broken line edge) on the operation side of the carton folder gluer machine and align the third broken line of the paperboard with the center line of the carton folder gluer machine (the zero scale line of the scale on the square guide rail of the paper feeding part), so as to fix the left and right positions of the paperboard.

2. Adjust the position of the flat paper supporting rod of the carton folder gluer machine. The left and right positions of the flat paper supporting rod correspond to the main and auxiliary paper feeding knives one by one. The front and rear positions are to adjust the conveying angle of the paperboard. The adjustment standard of front and rear position is to make the inclination angle of large format paperboard 10 ~ 20 and that of small format paperboard 15 ~ 40. Because the small format paperboard is thin, easy to deform, and the inclination angle is small, it is easy to cause the paperboard to be bent and not straight, so it is necessary to move the paper support rod forward and increase the inclination angle of the paperboard to achieve a good situation.

3. Adjust the three-dimensional position of the main and auxiliary feed knives. The left and right positions of the main and auxiliary paper feed knives are respectively located in the middle of the non deformable end at the front end of the paperboard, and the front and rear positions of the main and auxiliary paper feed knives are respectively aligned with the front end of the paperboard. The adjustment standard of the upper and lower positions of the main feed knife is that the gap between the knife edge of the main feed knife and the paper feeding belt is 13 times the thickness of the paperboard, and the upper and lower positions of the auxiliary feed knife need not be adjusted.

4. Adjust the left and right positions of the paper feeding belt based on the left and right positions of the main and auxiliary paper feeding knives to align the center lines of the two.

Adjustment method of paper feeding belt: ① Loosen the fastening screw and adjust the tensioning nut. ② Adjust the worm head with a solid head wrench.

Tension adjustment principle of paper feeding tape: press the paper tape vertically with a force of 25N and concave it for 5mm.

5. Adjust the position of the left and right trim boards based on the cardboard, so that the gap between the trim boards on both sides and the size of the cardboard is 0.5mm for the large format cardboard and 1mm for the small format cardboard.When adjusting the paper support rod, do not let the paper support tongue press on the conveyor belt to avoid scratching the conveyor belt. When adjusting the left and right paperboards, use the cam lifting handle to lift the square track so that it can cross the conveyor belt, but pay attention not to let the base of the paperboard crush the conveyor belt.

Generally speaking, the adjustment of the carton folder gluer machine takes the pasted paperboard as the main line, and the adjustment of each component is connected in series. After the series connection is completed, the paper feeding part can be adjusted.
