Common problems and solutions of carton gluing machine in printing

1.Glue is not firm. You can check the amount of glue, if it is on the UV varnish carton, you need to install grinding device on the carton gluing machine, the bonding part of the hair can be properly bonded.

Printing surface is scratched. It is related to whether origami use wire, especially small box is often difficult to use belt crease, wire is easy to scratch the surface. For a very small carton can use belt crease.

2.The paper feed direction is not correct. This requires adjusting the position of the paper stop and equalizing the pressure of each part, which can be dealt with with the experience of the box-gluer captain.

3.Easy to form a bell mouth. This is a comprehensive problem, which is from the die-cutting stage should start to pay attention to. But if the carton gluing machine can be specially designed on the origami part, such as the angle of the knife origami, the problem can be easily solved. Moreover, we lengthened the length from the paper feeding section to the origami section in the design, making the paper feeding become a gradual process and making the box shape more regular.

How to deal with the line burst in the box gluing process of carton gluing machine.

Line burst refers to the phenomenon that when the product is in die cutting or finished product folding, the pressure of the carton exceeds the bearing limit of the paperboard fiber, resulting in the fracture of the indentation position. How to deal with the two problems?

1.First, we should analyze failure. After careful inspection, it was found that there was oil stain at the indentation line of the carton with line burst fault, while no abnormality was found from the paper feeding part to the material receiving part of the carton gluing machine, and the indentation line of the carton after die cutting was clearly visible. This shows that the die-cutting pressure is appropriate and the die-cutting quality is qualified. After testing, the temperature and humidity in the workshop also met the production requirements, and the die-cut bottom plate did not deform.

2.Second, we should repair failure. This line burst fault is not a traditional fault, but caused by other ring which has nothing to do with the operation of carton gluing machine.
