1.Carefully read the work order, determine the process requirements, and carry out the work packaging according to the process requirements. Generally, water-based oil and polishing products are produced with polishing glue or white emulsion glue. Yellow glue is generally used for gloss glue and dumb glue products, and UV glue is used for UV products after polishing.

2. The Board shall be compared according to the size of the box, from the paper feeding part – paper feeding part – pre folding part – bottom sticking part – lower sticking part – local folding part – conveying part. Determine the size and position of glue according to the gluing position of the box.

3. After the completion of the comparison board, first produce 10-20 to know whether there are common problems such as sticking, easy glue, internal adhesion, false adhesion, supporting flower, high-low line, cover line, bell mouth and so on.

4. Check the sample and sign the first article. Production can only be carried out after confirmation.

5. Each plate of goods must be hung with a detailed representation card (work order number, company name, product name, production date, personnel).
