1.Carefully check the work order and samples, determine the glue box used, and prepare it.

2. Adjust the width of the box baffle, parallel the two sides, and just put down the semi finished color box to be produced. The sides of the baffle will be less than 1mm from the color box, then adjust the limit bolt to make sure that every paste product can pass smoothly without any fetters.

3. Adjust the slope and height of the pending box, so that the pending product can go smoothly without any fetters. Adjust the auxiliary guideway and the flow wheel after adjusting. Make its size suitable for the specification of the color box to be pasted.

4. Adjust the paste box belt and paste box guide rail, and then adjust the closing pressure of paste box host and wheel to cross fit with the belt.

5. Adjust the glue cylinder and check whether the glue is enough. The glue should be immersed in 80% of the rubber wheel, then adjust the glue cylinder and gluing position.

6. Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration on key. After the machine is adjusted, press the “operation” or “inching” key, press the “paper feeding” key to debug the folder gluer machine, and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. Any deviation should be corrected immediately

7. After commissioning the OK, 5 – 10 pre test machines are identified, and the speed of the folder gluer is confirmed after confirming the position and forming specifications.

8. When pasting the box, pay attention to the paper feeding state of the box, and do not exceed the line, offline or dislocation, so as not to affect the appearance and forming effect of the color box.

9. First article confirmation: strictly follow the first article sample signing method.

10. After production, clean the folder gluer and keep it clean.
