The sinter pellet binder has strong affinity to the ore powder, improves the hydrophilicity of the mixture, promotes the rapid formation of the cue ball, shortens the pelletizing time, and increases the yield of the Green Ball, at the same time, the binder is easy to decompose and volatilize when the green ball is dried to about 600 °c, thus ensuring that the strength and the violent temperature of the green ball can be increased, and at the same time, the drying speed of the green ball can be increased, the drying time can be shortened and the production of the green ball can be increased, it is beneficial to improve the consolidation strength of the finished ball.
