The application of folder gluer in the packaging and printing industry is the last process of packaging box processing. It is to fold the printed and die-cut paperboard and stick it to life.The machine gluing replaces the manual box gluing method, which reduces labor costs have improved efficiency.The folder gluer is divided into paper feeding part, pre-folding part, hook bottom part, forming part and box pressing part.According to the function, the box gluer is divided into the smooth glue folder gluer, the bottom hook glue folder gluer, etc.The general folder gluer does not have the groove bottom function or even does not have the pre-folding, and the better one is with the pre-folding. Of course, most of folder gluer now have pre folding. Of course, the bottom hook folder gluer must be used to make the bottom hook box.  The folder gluer with better function can also make hexagonal and heterosexual boxes, but it should be equipped with glue spraying system and other devices.

2.Application of Folder Gluer in Packaging and Printing Industry : features

(1)The lower paper feeding mode of sponge belt is adopted, and the elastic adjustable paper feeding knife is combined with the vibration motor to separate the paper embryo smoothly and accurately. The clutch under photoelectric control controls the paper feeding transmission system to ensure that the paper embryo enters the gluing part accurately and realize non-stop paper feeding.

(2)The imported hot melt adhesive system under photoelectric control can be adjusted according to the size of Paper embryo and glue feeding position to meet the production requirements.

(3)The working system of the forming department adopts the organic combination of adjustable inner mold and outer mold controlled by photoelectric and cylinder to complete the paper embryo forming accurately and continuously. The inner and outer molds can also be adjusted according to the size of Paper embryo to meet the processing requirements of cartons of different sizes.

(4)The conveying department is driven by a separate speed regulating motor, which can be adjusted with the production speed of the host to ensure the orderly output of finished cartons.

(5)Frequency converter is used to control motor drive, speed regulation balance and power saving.

(6)Advanced timing belt and timing wheel transmission are adopted to ensure accurate, stable and low noise transmission.
